Our Mission 

The mission of the New Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse Officials Association (NJILOA) is to promote and assist the game of interscholastic boy’s lacrosse in the state of New Jersey by providing (a) recruitment, training and maintenance of a membership of qualified and competent officials over the age of 18; (b) guidelines for professional conduct for officials and overall improvement of the game; (c) game assignments for officials at all levels of high school (and selected middle school) play. The Association will at all times act without regard to race, sex, color, creed, sexual orientation or any other lawfully protected qualification.
