For all intents and purposes, this equates to an inadvertent whistle. Communicate the crew's error to both coaches, ensure the field is set properly, and restart with A in possession. Nothing you can do other than apologize if the whistle screwed A out of a scoring opportunity. Had this occurred with the ball loose, then award the ball via AP.
