SAVING YOUR COMPLETED COURSE DOCUMENT
- From the NFHSlearn.com homepage, ensure you are still logged in
- Just below the red stripe near the top of the screen, there is a link that says, “Dashboard”
- Click on the left side click, “My Certificates”
- Find the “download” button next to the course “Concussion in Sports – What you Need to Know” which was completed for the 2023 – 2024 school year.
- Note that concussion certificates completed prior to last season will NOT be accepted. You MUST re-take the course and the completion date must be in conjunction with the 2023-2024 high school academic year.
- Once the PDF completion certificate opens on your computer, save it to your computer as your full name – FOR EXAMPLE – Michael Zeldman 2024 concussion.pdf
UPLOADING YOUR COMPLETED COURSE DOCUMENT
- Click on the following page —> Upload Page
- Click “Browse” and navigate to where you saved the PDF file upload your certificate.
- Fill our your first and last name.
- Fill out your email address as registered with the ZebraWeb.
- NOTE: If you do not enter the same email address that is registered with the ZebraWb, you will need to resubmit the form.
- Fill in the fraud prevention letters in the box and then click “Submit”
- NOTE: If you just upload your document, even though the progress bar will reach 100% and it will say “attached” but you do not hit submit, your concussion certificate will not be received by the NJILOA.
