Season Dues Payment Breakdown
The dues collection period has opened for next season!
- Dues to the NJSIAA will be paid directly to them through the process outlined below.
- Dues to the NJILOA, covering the group administration, will be paid through Stripe.
- All payments will be done online through Stripe. There is no option for check or money order.

- To avoid issues, make certain that the email you use for paying your dues is the same one listed in ZebraWeb.
- The active NJILOA dues will be $70. This represents no change in overall dues from previous years.
- The inactive NJILOA dues will be $10. This represents no change in overall dues from previous years.
- The portal is open now; you must pay the NJILOA dues by JUNE 30 in order to avoid the late fee.
- As of JULY 1, the dues to the NJILOA will increase to include a $50 late fee. If you do not pay by SEPTEMBER 1, you will no longer be a member of our group.
- If you are choosing to step away from the organization, please let us know via email to secretary-treasurer Dave Frick.
- If you are not certain about remaining active for next season, pay inactive dues and you then have to make a decision by January 1 as stated in our constitution (4-1d). If you choose inactive early and subsequently decide to go active, you will need to send a check for the difference in the dues amount by January 1st. No late fee will apply to that payment.

- Ensure that the email you link to your NJSIAA account is the same as the email listed in ZebraWeb.
- ALL OFFICIALS should register as ACTIVE OFFICIALS!!!
- After you pay, you will get an emailed receipt. Save this receipt in your email!!!

If your method of payment is declined for whatever reason, you will be responsible for all incurred charges and will not be permitted to officiate until all outstanding payments are paid in full.

What is the NJILOA’s refund policy if any?
The NJILOA cannot issue refunds of Annual Membership Dues and all payments are final.

If I was a Cadet this past season and paid dues, do I need to pay again?
The answer is YES. The dues you paid were for this past season. These dues are for next season. You must pay active dues.

- No part of the NJILOA website may be copied, uploaded or distributed by you to any other person or entity.
- You will not attempt to alter or change any of the information displayed on the NJILOA website.
- You will not use any computer or equipment which may cause damage to the NJILOA website.
- NJILOA reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, add or remove any and all terms from its website including, but not limited to, the ability to pay annual dues online.
