At the 8:45 mark of the video, there is a mistake. You should NOT ever start the ball inside the box. This video was made when the initial recommendation from the NFHS was that defensive restarts can be done inside the box. This recommendation was not adopted.
All re-starts should be moved outside the goal area 20 yards from the goal.
